New work for Landscapes Aglow

I have been very busy with  painting some new work for my upcoming show at the Saratoga Public Library in February. I also am in the process of finishing up a commissioned painting. It is hard to paint a picture twice, the challenge becomes coping instead of the inspiration that was first felt. There is also a internal dialog going on in your head as to how did I do that. Painting is always changing and you learn something about your process constantly. Your paintings are from different moods and emotions and that is what makes painting something twice difficult. The good thing is that someone likes your work and that you manage to make it happen and the buyer is happy and thankful. You leave with the best satisfaction when you please someone with the endresult. A buyers happiness is what matters!

Here are some of the work on my easl!
